All orders are shipped from Spain.
There are no additional duties or import taxes on orders delivered within the European Union.

Free international shipping on orders of €200 or more.
Exchanges
Free exchanges within Spain
You can exchange any item within 30 days of delivery (excluding special promotions with specific conditions).
To qualify for an exchange:

Tags and packaging must be intact

Items may only be tried on—not worn or damaged

International exchanges
Exchanges from outside Spain are accepted, but shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Returns
You may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery (excluding promotional sales with different terms).
To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Packaging and tags must be intact
Returns within Spain
Returns within Spain carry a €10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from outside Spain
Returns from other countries must be shipped at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
